Acute gastritis are more common in the armed forces officers and men, the correct understanding of its causes and to take appropriate preventive measures are necessary. Acute gastritis is caused by a variety of factors, acute inflammation of the gastric mucosa, mainly in three aspects of the causes: First, physical and chemical factors, food cold, hot food, tea, coffee, alcohol, irritating spices, coarse food, to stimulate the of drugs (aspirin, phenylbutazone, etc.), swallow strong acid, alkali or other corrosive; two biological factors, the consumption of food containing bacteria and toxins, while prone to acute enteritis; third endogenous factors, including severe systemic infections, trauma, major surgery, shock, excessive mood swings, tiredness and so on.

 Acute gastritis in clinical practice mainly as follows: upper abdominal fullness, pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting; caused by a bacterial infection accompanied by acute gastritis, more diarrhea, fever, severe with dehydration, acidosis, shock and other symptoms; Hemorrhagic erosive gastritis manifested as sudden gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hematemesis and melena.

 Prevention of acute gastritis should be limited to quit alcohol, aspirin-type drugs to avoid damage to, life should be the law, avoid eating irritating, rough, cold, hot food and eat too much, pay attention to food hygiene, do not eat rot deterioration, contamination of food. Incidence of light streams should be eating food, if necessary, fasting, and actively cooperate with medical treatment to prevent the conversion of chronic gastritis.
